Word has not been installed for the current user

-Office 2007
-Custom installation (Word and Excel only)

My office apps suddenly stop working and the message "word has not been
installed for the current user" keeps popping up and close when I click
"OK". Repair and reinstall did not work. Please help. Thanks.
