Default Access 2007 Runtime free for everyone?

I have written a program for a friend that has come out a lot better
than I thought it would.

If I decide sell it to a company that does not have Access.

Can I just provide the runtime?

I noticed on the download page something about personal use.

The Access 2007 runtime is free for everyone. There is lots of functionality
that you will need to recreate to use it.

Things like right-click and short-cut menus don't work so you'll need to
build search and sorthing routines into your app. You should be able to find
out more info he
