Default Changing Office from one PC to another

Just bought a new desktop PC. I'm planning to keep the old one, but will
use the new one for Office applications. Is there any problem with
installing Office 2003 on the new one and deleting it from the old?

Thanks,
Craig

As long as Office is a retail version, no problem. If an OEM version (says
for use on a new computer or is branded with the computer manufacturer's
name then no.

Yes, it is a retail package, for which I am the original owner.

Thanks!
