I LIKE Outlook Express and I have tried Outlook, Calypso, Mozilla, Netscape,
Eudora and Pegasus and always came back to OE. I have never, ever had a

Many of the problems related to OE are due to issues between the chair and
the keyboard. Usually ignorance, sometimes topped off with blatant

and too many of OE's problems are attributeable to **** poor coding. no
doubt severe defects reported long ago that remain unfixed. but of course
that's all our fault. we should have known that ms software corrupts itself
and doesn't care enough about users data to even issue so much as a warning
before wiping it out. been around computers and software long enough to
know bogus coding when i see it.

meanwhile Uncle Bill wants to wrap more and more of this substandard code
around users necks. but does anybody know the dangers that lurk beneath?
