I want a checklist for my drivers to do before taking their vans out on the
road each week,ieil,water,tyres etc.

Ok, all you need to do now is lay it out the way your want it, print
it, and distribute it to your drivers.

Or do you have a specifice question?

You don't. You create it yourself.

Or, you contact some associations (you'd know what they are, I'd hope,
being in the business) concerned with these questions and ask if they've
developed anything along these lines.

My reply was tongue-n-cheek. Try a Google search for
Vehicle Pre-Use Inspection. The second listing is a typically anal
U.S. Government form that I am sure you can adapt to suit your needs.
