Assuming the following "c" is in cell A2, "f" is in cell "B2", "r" is in cell C2 and "p" is required in cell D2 this should give you what you want =(a2/50)+(b2/12)-(min(C2,4)/5) Hope this helps Cheers JulieD "Thor's Castle" wrote in message ...
