Outlook2003 Randomly sending blank emails.

Hi,
since we upgraded to Office2003 we got an intermetent problem in Outlook
which sometimes sends email with blank body and I can´t find a solution to
this.
Attachment and Subject always reaches the recipient but the body-text is
just gone (even if looking via "show source" in the email).
So far I´v tried to completly reinstall Office (deleting reg and files),
uninstall virus software (McAfee) and all other suggestions I´ve found on the
internet regarding this eg check templates etc.
Got all office update installed and still I still hear users complain over
this.
Starting to feel rather dejected over this and having no more clues what to
do...
Anybody got any suggestions at all?
