Is there any way to remove numerous hard returns quickly?
I am using Microsoft Office Word 2003 and reworking a huge table. There are
numerous hard returns within the tables that I am haveing to remove one at a time to restructure the tables. Is there any way to remove them all at once. I tried "Find and Replace" and "Remove all Formatting" which did not work. THANKS!! |

Edit Replace should work if you do it correctly. The article discusses the difference between manual line breaks and paragraph breaks, which may be the cause of your problem. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit. |
