REPORT HEADER TEXT/ATTRIBUTES PRINT ON EVERY PAGE
How do I make the report HEADER attributes (text, colors, etc) print on EVERY
page, not just the first page? Thanks.

By design, the Report Header only prints on the first page, just as the Report Footer only prints on the last page.
