Default binder spines in 2007

I need to create multiple 1" binder spines, but the template comes up with
just one. You can print multiple binder spines, but all the same. I have
multiple binders that need different text. Please advise.

Use the label format (probably Avery 11278) and create a label merge -

Add your content to a Word table for use as a data source, and if you wish
you can rotate the content of the table cell.

Or, if just one sheet is needed, click New Document in the Labels dialog to
get a full page of them that can be filled individually.
