How do you maintain a sort in a sub-form?
I have created a sub-form in a form, which I want updated by date (oldest to
newest); however, everytime I open the form to update the dates are newest to oldest, and will print in that order. I have to use the AZ sort button on each form when I open or print, and was wondering if there was a way to keep the dates in oldest to newest order each time I go to update or print. I'm not sure how all the property fields work when creating the form, so I do no know what to do. Can anyone help. |

Create a query that sorts the rows in the correct order, and use the query
as the recordsource for the form rather than the table. -- Doug Steele, Microsoft Access MVP http://I.Am/DougSteele (no private e-mails, please) "Porous Metals Limited" wrote in message ...
