Default Outlook.exe application error

I get the following message each time I open Outlook. If I close this window
it closes Outlook as well.

The instruction at 0x00000000 referenced memory at 0x00000000. The memory
could not be read. Click on OK to terminate the program.

I have applied SP2 for Office 2007 and still no change. Thanks in advance!

Does it work correctly in Outlook Safe Mode?
Start- Run; outlook.exe /safe
