Default importing a pst file

whenever i try i get the message that i dont have permission required to
access it. i have an admin account so i cant see what the problem is

Hi daz,

There is some critical information missing from your query.

Is Outlook installed?
This is necessary even if you are trying to import into Outlook Express.

Where are the files located that you are trying to import?
They can't be on a CD with the read-only attribute.
