Default Attachments - Security section grayed out

The check box for Do Not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could
potentially be a virus is grayed out and checked. How to I make this option
available to uncheck?

"Do not allow attachments............". Box grayed out.
-------------------------------------------------------------

With OE closed, Go to: StartRun - Type; "regedit" (without
quotes) OK.

Locate this registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Outlook Express

In the right side pane, look for the value -
BlockExeAttachments.

If it shows a number in the Value Data Box, right click on
it - choose Modify and Delete that number.

Open OE and it should no longer be grayed out. If it is,
reboot and check again.
