Default Selecting from a list

I want to be able to select from a list based on the contents of
another cell.
For example, in A1 I can select the value from a list of 4 options.
Cell B1 has a list of 10 options. Depending upon which option I
select in A1, I can only select certain options in cell B1. So if I
pick option 1 from cell A1, I can pick one option from 5 of the
options from the list in B1. If I pick option 2 from cell A1, I can
pick one option from a different 5 options from the list in B1. So
the contents of the selectable list in B1 is dependant upon the value
selected in A1. Can anyone help?

What you want is very well described here under Dependent Lists:
