You need to group all the sheets together, then a change on one
worksheet will affect all the others. To do this, right-click on a
worksheet tab and click Group all sheets - the tab colour will change
to white. Then select File | Page Setup and assign your print
properties, including header and footer if you wish. When you are done,
make sure that you right click the sheet tab again and Ungroup the
sheets.

They will now all have the same print properties.

Hope this helps.

Note:

Pete's suggestion is a good one but a couple of limitations to ponder. You
cannot set print range or rows to repeat at top when sheets are grouped.
