What kind of email account? POP3? Exchange? IMAP? Is it hosted at your
internet provider, or is this a corporate email account? "Darko" wrote in message ... hello I have problem with my signature I select none in signature settings but the signature is still appearing in my emails. I use outlook 2003 and winXP. Thanks for any suggestions. |

Did you save a template or custom form with a signature?

Possibly, but it'd be more in line with the question that I left out, mainly
is the signature that's getting attached something you know you created, or if it's a generic corporate signature. In an Exchange environment these things can be added to the outgoing messages by the mail administrator. "Darko" wrote in message news we use Exchange. It is not a generic corporate signature it was created by me. I will ask
exchange admin if he can help. Thanks Joe!
