Is Visio 2002 in it's original unregistered state available for purchase?

I suspect this would be somewhat difficult to find a legitimate copy from a
reputable source. Try this link out and see if it helps. Buyer beware
though considering the program is 7 years old.

If one purchased Visio 2007, would it interact with XP Professional SP3 and
its 2002 components?
