Default Getting e-mails - contacts etc from Outlook 2003 to Outlook 2010

Prior to 2007 I would simply export e-mail messages, contact etc to a .PST
file or simply copy that file over. But I think it different starting with
Outlook 2007, but I using Outlook 2010. What do I need to do to transfer
over the e-mails? I also came across a program called Mail Store home. What
is the best way to do this?

Best method there is:
http://www.howto-outlook.com/howto/backupandrestore.htm

You should bookmark this website. It's excellent and will answer most, if
not all, of your Outlook questions.
