Default Error No: 30014 (Form data will not save)

I am developing an application using an Access (2000) project. I've got a view that acts as the data source for my form. The user selects an option from the drop-down menu to create a new item. The form appears and the user enters information into the form. The user clicks a 'Save' button to save the form's contents and the following error appears:

Err No: 30014
Err Descr:The data was added to the database but the data won't be displayed in the form because it doesn't satisfy the criteria in the underlying record source.

Filters are off and there is no filter on this form. I'm not certain why I'm getting this error. If I enter the data exactly as entered into the form into the view, which sources the form I don't have the same problem.

Suggestions?

Default Error No: 30014 (Form data will not save) - RESOLVED

I'd originally create this application as an Access (MDB) database. I then create an Access project (ADP) and migrated the forms, modules, and menus into it. For whatever reason, a server filter was included with this form. It was that filter that caused the error message. I was seeing. Removing the filter resolved the error.
