hyperlink in MS Word 2000 probelm

All my hyperlink in MS Word 2000 comes out like this {Hyperlink
http://"www.bbc.co.uk" }is their any way of turning it off and disply the
link to just like this www.bbc.co.uk

Suzanne,
You seem to be knowledgable with hyperlinks in Word, so could you help me with my problem? I posted it a few days ago and no one replied. My problem is with images as hyperlinks in Word created web pages. When I use an image, like a thumbnail image, as a link and post the page to the web, people never get the hyperlink finger when they mouse over the image/link. If they click on the image, the link still works, but not having the pointer finger show up is confusing to users. Thanks for any help.
