word document -want to insert an automatic response box

Doc. is an information form for basic information for the speaker coordinator
of a conference. I want the speakers to insert their information
automatically on the document and I want the box to show in color to indicate
where they put the infor.

A better solution might be to use InfoPath if you have it.
