Default Presentation in Bar Chart

Good day all,

I hope someone can help me on this.

I have a table :
Product Sales
C 10
A 7
B 5
D 2

The result of the bar chart is like this :

D |xx
B |xxxxx
A |xxxxxxx
C |xxxxxxxxxx
-----------------

But I want it to be like this :
C |xxxxxxxxxx
A |xxxxxxx
B |xxxxx
D |xx
-----------------

Please advise how to get what I want.

Thank you in advance.

Have a nice day.

Best Regards,
Julie

1. Click on the x-axis to select it.
2. Choose FormatSelected Axis
3. On the Scale tab, add a check mark to Categories in reverse order
4. Add a check mark to Value(Y) axis crosses at maximum category
5. Click OK
