Default Compatibility Issues between Visio 2003 and Visio 2007

We have Visio 2003 in our office and will be sharing some complex process diagrams with a partner who is about to upgrade to Visio 2007. Has anyone run into problems exchanging Visio files between the 2003 and 2007 versions? We are not doing any development with Visio or any links to external data sources. The files will be going back and forth between the two companies for multiple reviews and updates.

Should be no problem. Most features are identical, including behavior.
V2007 has some new goodies, but that's about it.
