Default Automatically Insert Set Text into Subject Line

Can anyone plese offer suggestions for my problem

Where I work to send external e-mail we have to
have 'Internet-Authorised:' in the subject line otherwise
it gets bounced back. It's not a huge problem but does
anyone please know how to automate it. Is it buried in one
of the options somewhere or is it a case of having to use
code, I am okay with using VB although I never have with
Outlook.

If anyone knows how it would be much appreciated- you
would not believe how many times a day I get asked by my
IT illiterate colleagues "What do we have to type again"!

Cheers

I do not know a way to do it automatically, but I know a way to easily
insert this text. We have a program by name "Quick Templates for
Outlook" which allows to create a set of templates which can be inserted
in the message by two mouse clicks or by pressing a hot-key. You can
learn more about this program he
