Changing Print Page Range Default
Most of my printing is for just the page I am working on. I very seldom print all pages in a document and the times that I do it is ususally because I failed to change the Page Range on the print menu to current page. Is there any way to change the default on the printer icon or print file from "All" to "Current Page" without having to go through those steps every time? ------------------------------------------------ ~~ Message posted from http://www.WordForums.com/ |

Changing Print Page Range Default
Create a macro containing the following command
ActiveDocument.PrintOut Range:=wdPrintCurrentPage Either add it to a toolbar button or assign it to the keyboard. -- Please post any further questions or followup to the newsgroups for the benefit of others who may be interested. Unsolicited questions forwarded directly to me will only be answered on a paid consulting basis. Hope this helps Doug Robbins - Word MVP "Wayne" wrote in message ...
