Default How to disable Stationary in Outlook XP?

Running Outlook XP and 2003 w/ Exchange 2003. Want to disable everyone from
using any stationary in Outlook. Was able to locate custom GPO for Outlook
2003 to disable stationary, wondering if anyone has the same custom GPO for
Outlook XP. Thanks in advance.

It's probably the same as Outlook 2003 but then use 10.0 instead of 11.0 in
the registry location.
