Concatenate in a query - Access 2003
I have a table which refers to two groups of salesmen, District Managers and
Sales Service Managers. DM's are over SSM's and both are referred to in the table. The table only holds codes for each salesman which then refers to another table which holds all salesmen's info. This table seperates first name from last name. I need to create a query that refers to a lot of different information, including the DM and SSM for each job. Is there a way, in the main query to concatenate the names of each so that the names will show up in one field in the main query results? I am sorry for the long explanation, but I am relatively new to Access. Thank you for any help you can give me. I know next to nothing about VB or macros, so please try to keep it simple. You can feel free to talk to me like a child. |
