Default Brownie?

Every time I start Outlook I get this message:

Brownie

This port is already used! Do you want to restart?

If I click YES, it just comes back, NO will make it go away.

What is this all about? Outlook also locks up after a while, could these two
be connected?

TIA

Regards,

Egmont
