Default License agreement screen

I had to reinstall Office2003. I keyed in the product code and it is
activated. Everytime I load Word, PP, or Excel the screen for acceptance of
a license pops up and I have to cancel, accept, or decline. It is registered
and everything is legal. This prevents me from sending files between
packages. HELP!!!

Default License agreement screen

Log on as Administrator and accept the agreement.

Right click on any Office program shortcut and select "run as administrator"
and accept the agreement when offered.
