Default Changing field headings

After putting in the names of my fields, how do I edit it? Aren't I supposed
to go back to the datasheet? I've been trying to get back there but I can't
find it! Thank you.

I think you're going to help out a little more with your problem. You are
trying to change the names of fields? where? Fields are in tables. you will
have to change the field name in the table when it is in design mode. If you
change table field names, you may have to change the forms and queries which
will be looking for the old name. If you are refering to forms or datasheets,
you should be refering to controls, you can change the Control names with the
form or datasheet in design mode. The datasheet will display as a form in
design mode which is why you may think you cant find the datasheet?

Please explain a little more?

Hi
Do you mean changing the field name in your table design view? If so then
open the table in it's design view and then edit whichever field name you
need to. However if you have set up queries, forms or reports based on your
original field name you will need to revisit these and amend them so that
they can find your new field.
