I try to make a variable link from Excel into word, like this
{LINK Excel.Sheet 8 "ActiveDockument" "ActiveSheet!R1C1" \a \t}



But it does not work properly,



Anyone able to help.

Hi John,

The LINK field doesn't support 'Active Document' or 'ActiveSheet'. You need
to specify the path and full name of a saved workbook and a particular sheet
name.
