Default How do I setup to print a single pages over multiple A4 sheets?

I have a sign that I want to print to 60 x 40cm, but I only have a normal A4
printer, so I want to print the sign over 4x A4 pages and then stick them
together. How can i print the sign over 4 pages??

You would have to create your document as four separate pages, with one
corner of your sign on each.

It is not something for which Word would be the best program choice.
Probably better to do it in Excel.
