How can I share only location of the meetings on my calender?
Lets say, it is emergency and I want to find my spouse. I know he/she is in
meeting but I don't know which building/room etc. If I can ask him to share his calender in such a way that I can always see only the location of his meetings it will be very useful |

Version of Outlook? Are you both using Exchange server? You can't show just
the location but if you are both on the same server, you can give specific people more rights to your calendar. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Author, Teach Yourself Outlook 2003 in 24 Hours Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips by email: Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Subscribe to Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: "Sonali" wrote in message ... Both of us are using Office outlook 2007 and Exchange server. We are not on
the same server though. "Diane Poremsky" wrote: Version of Outlook? Are you both using Exchange server?
