Outlook2003 - Import/Export grayed out
Hi there,
The Import/Export option (File - Import and Export) is grayed out in Outlook 2003 on a PC. Other options works fine and the Import/Export option is active and works fine on other PCs. I ran Detect and Repair, and I also uninstalled and reinstalled Outlook 2003, but it still didn't fix it only on that particular PC. Does anyone have seen this and know the solution ? Thank you, kew

What are you trying to Import/Export NOT pst's I hope
Perhaps you need to modify your installation to install the OL tools and convertors. PS Uninstall/reinstall rarely cures a problem. kew wrote in message ... I'm trying to import Address Book from Outlook Express. It works fine in
