Default How to delete vCard file which attaches to my outgoing e-mails

I use Outlook Express - a "business card" attaches to my outgoing mail which
I think causes problems with some people's firewalls.

How can I get rid of it?

Start Outlook Express and then check Tools | Options | Compose tab. Near
the bottom of the dialog are settings that deal with attaching a vCard to
new messages.
