Chapter name not one of the Headers given by Word. Page numbers

I selected my chapter name and saved the style as my own SP1 which is based
on Header1.
Earlier, I had page numbers as 1-1,1-2; 2-1,2-2 etc. They all became as 1,
2,...
When I go and try to modify page number style, it still has chapter number
included into the page number. but with Header1. But it does not show chapter
number with page number. Also, How come, I cannot give SP1 and chapter style
in this page number formatting? Only Header1,...Header9 are listed in there.

To be used in the "Include chapter number" feature, a numbered heading must
be in one of the built-in Heading styles.
