text-to-audio feature to read files out loud
Folks:
I recently discovered that Adobe Reader has the ability to read text files out loud. This is a nice text-to-audio feature. * I was wondering if any of the versions of Microsoft Word has this text-to-audio ability for Microsoft Word files ? Thanks, jo |

You may do it in Windows XP. It's referred to as "Narrator". Press

text-to-audio feature to read files out loud
Bob:
Thanks for the Narrator information. It works, just like you said. However, I might have to shift to third party software for better audio quality. * Any recommendations (freeware, shareware, commercialWare) for higher quality test-to-speech programs ? Thanks again, Jo. "Bob I" wrote in message ... You may do it in Windows XP. It's referred to as "Narrator". Press Winkey + U. Sorry, no opinion as I have no use for even the included one. Perhaps
googling for text to speech (see link below) will set you on the evaluation path. http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=text-to-speech JoJo wrote: Bob: Thanks for the Narrator information.
