Default easiest way to use CMS documentation? Word 03

I am in an eng. 102 class and have never used CMS before. I need to know if
there are shortcuts to documentation. Please help me!!

Please ask in the correct newsgroup. This one is for Microsoft Access,
the database software, not for Word.
