Acrobat's the Gold Standard (and costs commensurately large amounts of gold) but there are plenty of other good ones, including some for free. How can I make Acrobat PDFs from PowerPoint? http://www.pptfaq.com/FAQ00517.htm They all install a printer driver of some sort. Open you PPT, choose File, Print. Choose the PDF driver in the Print dialog box, set your print options and go. You've got a PDF. ----------------------------------------- Steve Rindsberg, PPT MVP PPT FAQ: www.pptfaq.com PPTools: www.pptools.com ================================================ Living in the Help Center at PowerPoint Live Sept 21-24, San Diego CA, USA www.pptlive.com |
