Merge a list of items onto a line
Hi Graham,
It seems to work, however I don't want the comma at the last record and when I try to put some text at the end it repeats for each record. What I want to have happened is the following: A, B, C are the selected items on the list. Thanks again. ----- Graham Mayor wrote: ----- Bao Le wrote: Is there a way when merging a list of items, to display the items continuously on a line separated by commas, and wrap around to the next line if necessary? Thanks, Bao Create a directory/catalog merge and put the field(s) on the same line. Add a comma and a space, but do not press enter. The fields will follow one another wrapping to the margin. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP Web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site www.mvps.org/word |
