How to sychronize my blackberry curve 8320 to Microsoft Outlook

I am having difficulty getting my Outlook Calendar to synchrozine with my
Blackberry curve 8320. If I enter an appt directly into my Outlook Calendar
it does not synch and update on my phone. I am running Desktop Manager.

I do have two email addresses set up on my curve and my Microsoft Calender
is my work email. I have had no problems in the past getting it to update but
now it does not synch.

Please help...

Do you get any errors in DM when you attempt the sync?
