How can I organize my filters in Outlook 2007?
Is there a way to sort the Rules that I have set up in alphabetical order so
that they are easier to locate. Is there a quicker way to add a email address to a rule all ready created. The only way I know is to copy the email address, then try to locate the rule and then add it to the distribution list. -- I appreciate your help. SeaTiger |

No, you can organize the rules.
Can you use the in address book rule and just add the address to the contacts folder? BTW - if you are doing this to delete junk mail, address filtering is a lousy way to manage junk - many spammers use the address once. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com.
