converting a publisher booklet to pdf
I have seen other posts similar, and have tried the advice there, but it did
not work for me (it did not accomplish what i wanted to accomplish, or i have different software, etc). I am working in Publisher 2007, part of MS Office Professional 2007. I also have Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro. The Publisher document is a booklet, and i am trying to make a pdf of it so it can be emailed - but i want it to be in page order (page 1 alone, pages 2 & 3 together, pages 4 & 5 together, etc). The pdf comes out in print order, not in page order. I do not want the pages to be on single sheets, as i want to view them side by side like a book. In other words, i want people to view the document the exact same way i view it in Publisher. Any advice is greatly appreciated! url:http://ureader.com/gp/1123-1.aspx |

Change your page setup. In page setup, advanced,(on the right) type 5.5 width,
8.5 height. You may have to setup this custom size in Acrobat. When you print to AdobePDF it will read correctly. -- Mary Sauer http://msauer.mvps.org/ "Holly Eaton" wrote in message .. . converting a publisher booklet to pdf
Thank you for the response. I tried your suggestion, although the pages
were already setup as 5.5" width and 8.5" height. But the pdf still had the pages in print order (meaning that pages 2 & 3 were not side by side, but rather pages 2 & 11). Any other thoughts? url:http://ureader.com/msg/11239105.aspx |
