Default Show the last record in the blank form for use on the next times.

Easy to key data in the next times for some information is same that
information no need to key again.

Assign the value from the most reccent record in the form's BeforeInsert
event as described he

Or set the Default Value of the controls in their AfterUpdate event as
described he

You will need to learn some code in order to do this (and many other things
in Access).
