My zip codes aren't showing up properly in a publisher mail merge even though
the excel spreadsheet it's coming from is set up correctly.

Could we get a little more info:
Software versions? What do you mean by "aren't showing up properly" -- not in the right place, truncated, etc.? I am going to assume that you have zip codes that begin with 0 but they are

Format the zip code field as text.

Format the ZIP code field as '00693 That lead apostrohie will not appear.
