Hi, I have been facing this problem with publisher lately (more so with the
new office version i guess). When I try sending my publisher file as a
message email, the alignment is almost never correct. Please suggest what to
do. It's urgent.

Send your message as a PDF. If you have 2007 Microsoft has a save as PDF add-in
you can download.
https://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...displaylang=en

Or, Tools, Options, Web tab, check the Email option "Send entire publication
page as a .jpg."

Then you will need to design the html email for the most common denominator
of all your recipients ... what is that? Who knows! This is why it is
recommended to send your email as a pdf. this is the only way you can be
sure everyone will view the email as intended.

Also, a lot of people can't or won't be able to view html email - but almost
everyone has Acrobat Reader installed.

Did you start with a predesigned or blank email template? Which version of
Publisher? Which version of Outlook?

Outlook?
Don't see any mention of Outlook in the OP, only yours.

I am making an assumption. If the OP doesn't use Outlook, then he/she will
say so.
