Migrate server 2000 to Windows Server 2008 Standard

Default Migrate server 2000 to Windows Server 2008 Standard

I have migrated server 2000 to server 2008 with no problems promoted server
2008 to PDC demoted 2000 server and removed frm network and domain however
now when users try to open a word or excel file it takes about five minutes
for a document to open what I think is happening is they are still looking
for the old server on ip address 192.168.1.100 as the new server is on
12.168.1.10 can anyone help please

Right-click "My Computer" check *Disconnect Network Drive*
