Default How do I enlarge an A4 publisher file to A3 ?

I print an A4 newsletter each week and have been doing it in Word. I then
print 3 copies on A3 for the partially sighted.
Now that I produce the newsletter in Publisher, I am unable to enlarge to A3.
Is this possible or must I revert to Word?

Easiest way is to create a PDF file (using the Microsoft add-in for
Publisher 2007, or PrimoPDF from www.primopdf.com for older versions) at
A4 size, then print it in Adobe Reader, fitting it to the A3 paper.
