Default Publisher Transfer

Hello;
I have a user who has 2003 version on her old notebook and a trial version
of 2007 on her new notebook, how do we go about transfering her 2003 version,
she doesn't have a disk as it came with the notebook at the time.

Also, are you able to use an upgrade version to activiate her 2007?

Thank you.

Since it came with the notebook, it is tied to that system because it's on
OEM copy. And no, you can't use a 2003 update version to activate a trial
2007 version.
